We use USPS and UPS for all shipments and ships primarily to lower 48 continental states and the District of Columbia for shipments to Hawii,Alaska and areas outside the United states please contact us first before placing any orders. if a different carrier is required please inform us via phone or email and arrangement will be made, a higher shipping charge may apply.
Shipping Charges may not be listed in our website if you need to know beforehand what those charges are you may call us or contact us by email through our website.
All returns or exchanges require a return authorization number please call or email for return authorization, returns will only be accepted 10 days after receipt of items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Unless customer purchases insurance on shipment all damages will be handled between customer and the carrier.
